MUJI is committed to your satisfaction and offers returns on most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to facilitate a smooth return process.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is within the 30-day return window and includes all original packaging, tags, and the receipt or order confirmation.

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your online account to request a return authorization or visit any local MUJI retail location for an in-store return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
